Cartwright & Butler Ultra Thick Dark Chocolate Stem Ginger Biscuits

The starting point was a classic ginger biscuit recipe to which we added stemmed ginger for a little extra gingery zing and then we added the chocolate -but not just any chocolate, a super fine, dark chocolate. And we kept on adding the chocolate. After all, it's not called an ultra-thick chocolate biscuit for nothing.

Ingredients:

Dark Chocolate Coating (67%) (Cocoa Mass, Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Milk Fat, Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin; Natural Vanilla Flavouring), Wheat Flour (Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine), Sugar, Sugarcane Syrup, Stem Ginger (4%) (Sugar, Ginger), Salted Butter (4%) (Milk, Salt), Eggs, Raising Agent: Sodium Bicarbonate; Ground Ginger, Salt.  

Dark Chocolate Coating Contains Cocoa Solids 52% minimum.

May contain Peanuts, Nuts, Mustard, Sesame Seeds.
