Fill out the returns form included in your original package, indicating the reason for return and whether you require a refund or an exchange.

Package Your Items

Ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with tags attached, and place them securely back into the original shipping container.

Affix the Label

Apply the pre-paid return shipping label to the outside of your parcel, making sure to cover or remove any previous delivery addresses.

Drop Off and Track

Take your package to your nearest authorized drop-off point and retain your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
